The Founder -

A data-driven marketing veteran with 16+ years of experience on the agency, brand and publisher sides. He’s led Yield and Planning at WarnerMedia and transformed marketing for L’Oréal by building their first ever in-house programmatic team which increased ROI by 2X before. What role will you play?

The Analytics and Workflow Automation Consultant will be a project based relationship for Q4 2020. Your performance will be reviewed and considered for full time employment at the end of 2020. The role will require you to assist the CEO of Tech Recipes to document and optimize brand direct ways of working. This will include the management of internal sales outreach as well as creating new and innovative ways of doing business for our clients in order to increase transparency and control. You will learn industry knowledge of where unethical practices exist and develop your own recipes that will contribute to the future of the industry. Through 1 on 1 interaction with the CEO, you will understand emerging organizational models and influence fortune 500 brands as they shift resource from agencies to internal departments. What will you be doing?

  • Documentation and aggregation of brand direct and internal ways of working, briefs, trackers and global market standards

  • Internal optimization and overall maintenance of product offerings for internal and external support (e.g. supply path optimization dashboard)

  • Aggregate, clean and analyze media performance data to communicate optimization recommendations that drive brand ROI

  • Lead sales outreach platforms for company branding/awareness (e.g. MailChimp, LinkedIn, CRM, etc.)

  • Support weekly client check ins

  • Ongoing strategic consultation, implementation and troubleshooting 

  • Support CEO on sales pitches when necessary with the opportunity to lead your own

  • Analyze the impact of market trends, identify and implement new opportunities to drive profitability, mitigate business risks, provide financial and analytics support to Senior Management and perform general ad-hoc business & financial projects

  • Maintain expertise in continuously evolving digital audience and data space and help educate client roster on evolving landscape (e.g. regulations, data, transparency, verification, etc.)



  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising

  • Experience working with or at a major agency holding company preferred

  • Proactivity to take charge and ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to come with solutions as opposed to stating problems

  • Entrepreneurial spirt with an agile mind in order to shape a future that hasn’t been written yet

  • Comfortable having a voice with global and national brand resource at any level

  • Strong written and verbal communication and a proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint

  • Programmatic experience required with strong consideration towards those with DSP, DMP and SSP knowledge

    • Platform agnostic planning and buying expertise will be prioritized
